Conventional tank service includes:

 -Flushing the tank to remove sediment deposits and mineral buildup

-Inspect T&P valve

-Inspect anode rod

-Inspect/test thermopile or thermocouple(Gas)

-Clean/Inspect burner assembly(Gas)

Conventional tank service  $95

Maintenance on a gas tankless water heater should be done annually.

Tankless service includes:

-Flushing/Descaling the heat exchanger to remove scale buildup

-Inspect T&P valve

-Inspect Clean inlet filters

-Inspect/clean flame sensor(Gas)

-Inspect/clean venting(Gas)

Tankless service  $175

Diagnostic Fee $95
